چکیده
Imidacloprid, acephate, and carbaryl are common insecticides that extensively used in planting mango, a well-known fruit Vietnam, to ease mango hopper issues. The accurate detection of pesticide residues is critical for export meet quality criteria. This study developed novel SERS platform by using polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) simulate the rose petal structure incorporated with silver coating layer nanoparticles (AgNPs) detect imidacloprid, fruits. In this paper, PDMS/Ag-AgNPs replica was considered most efficient substrate measurement an EF 4.7 × 107. Raman spectra three obtained from were clearly observed their characteristic peaks 1105 cm−1 1083 cm−1, 1579 727 1378 carbaryl. application quantitative analysis pesticides evaluated. As result, limit 0.02 mg/kg 5 10−5 10−3 result also revealed sample within acceptable limit. suggested possibility rapid quantification not only but many other agricultural products.

Determination of Pesticide Residues on the Surface of Fruits Using Micro-Raman Spectroscopy
A simple, rapid and environmentally friendly method was developed for micro-Raman spectroscopy determination of pesticide residues on the surface of fruits. Raman spectra of fruits, pesticides and pericarps sprayed by pesticide solutions were acquired using a laser power of 14 mW at excitation wavelength of 780 nm. From the Raman spectra, the residual pesticides could be distinguished and deter...
متن کاملRapid Quantitative Analysis of Dimethoate Pesticide Using Surface-enhanced Raman Spectroscopy
Pesticides are widely used in agriculture, and pesticide residues have become a public concern. So far, no analytical method has been available for the rapid and quantitative analysis of most food pesticides. In this study, the application of micro-surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) for analysis of the typical organophosphorus pesticide dimethoate is demonstrated. Huge enhanced Raman si...
متن کاملTranslocation of Pesticide Residues in Tomato, Mango and Pineapple Fruits
Pesticide residues in fruit and vegetables have become a major concern associated with chemical food safety issues. Translocation of pesticides in tomato, mango and pineapple fruits in locally produced samples was investigated using gas chromatography/mass spectrophotometer (GC/MS) procedures. Samples were fractionated with respect to distance from the skin to the core and prepared for analysis...
متن کاملBiosensing Based on Surface-Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy by Using Metal Nanoparticles
Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) is a promising tool in the analytical science because it provides good selectivity and sensitivity without the labeling process required by fluorescence detection. This technique consists of locating the target analyte on nanometer range of roughed Au-nanoparticles. The presence of the metal nanoparticles provides a tremendous enhancement to the result...
متن کاملSurface Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy
Raman spectroscopy is the use of inelastic scattering of light to probe various properties of molecules and materials. Incoming photons interact with the electron cloud of the molecular bonds and inelastically scatter. During this scattering the energy of the incoming photon is shifted to red or blue depending on the particular process. This phenomenon is called Raman scattering and was discove...
